News: This summer, Musical Theatre alumni will be starring in 5 different Broadway shows. Interesting Facts: - The Voices of Virginia have performed in Japan 6 times since 1994 - The Voices of Virginia performed their I Havre A Dream show to two sold out performances at the LandMark Theatre in Richmond (7200 people) and 3 sold out shows at Chrysler Hall (7500 people) - Musical Theatre department has had former alumni on Broadway in: Nine to Five, Finian's Rainbow, Ave Q, Hair Spray, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, West Side Story, Wicked, American Idiot, The Royal Family, Hair (two former alumni), Anything Goes, Memphis, Baby It's You! & Sister Act -Musical Theatre alumni have been seen in National and International tours of: West Side Story, Dreamgirls, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Ain't Misbehavin', Beehive, The Will Rogers Follies, The Color Purpler, Fame, A Chorus Line, Mama Mia, All Shook Up, Mary Poppins, Smokey Joe's Cafe, Swing, Annie, Hello Dolly, Jekyll & Hyde, 42nd Street, Rent, Footloose & Hair
