        Each participant is responsible for making reservations directly with
            the hotels. Rates are $124.00 per night, plus 13% tax. There is an additional
            charge for roll-away beds. Check in is after 3:00pm. Check out
            is 12 noon. Requests for special check-in and check out may be arranged
            through reservations for the Regional HS Dance Festival
