Men's work

Ballet Component

Center barre work

Adagio including attitudes, fondu, arabesques, tours, developpe a la seconde, promenade tours and balances in different poses.

Students must remove shoes for the modern component. Please make sure to wear convertible tights.

Modern Component

Spine work contractions, spinal succession, side bends, cambre back

Floor work- rolling to, from and on the floor

Tilts, spirals, recovery, rebound

Combination with big directional changes, turns, small jumps and fall
